Taking on new projects

Small business.
Serious website.

I'm Jack. I build websites for people running real businesses — coaches, barbers, studios, shops. Fast to load, easy to read on a phone, and live in about a week.

01 — What I do

Everything between "I need a website" and it being live.

  1. 01

    Build the site

A site made for your business specifically — your photos, your videos, your words. Not a template with your logo dropped in the corner.

    • Up to 6 pages
    • Mobile first
    • Galleries & video
  2. 02

    Make it findable

Proper page titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap, targeting the phrases your customers actually type. Two languages if your customers speak two languages.

    • Local SEO
    • Bilingual
    • Search Console setup
  3. 03

Launch it and hand it over

I put it online, connect your domain, then transfer the whole thing into your own hosting account. It's your website — you keep the keys, not me.

    • Domain setup
    • Full ownership
    • 30 days of fixes

02 — Case study

Football Lab Hamburg

Private football coaching for kids and teenagers in Hamburg, run by Mustafa Zazai — a former professional and Afghan national team player. He had a Wix page he'd built himself and wanted something that looked like the level he coaches at.

The brief

Zazai coaches one-to-one and in small groups at Hamburg, Germany. He wanted a website in German and English, wanted his own training footage front and centre, and wanted it simple. His words: a clean, simple website with the videos and pictures.

What I built

  • Six pages — home, about, training formats, game analysis, gallery and contact
  • A full German/English switch on every page, remembered between visits
  • A gallery of 13 training clips with poster frames, so nothing loads until it's wanted
  • Structured data marking the business up as a sports activity provider, plus a sitemap and social preview cards
  • German keyword targeting for the searches parents actually make locally

Then I gave it away

The site was transferred into the client's own hosting account and he bought the domain himself, in his name. If he never speaks to me again, nothing breaks and nothing gets held hostage. That's how I'd want it if I were the one paying.

“Looks really good … I'll recommend you to other people as well.”

03 — Pricing

One price, agreed before I start.

You get a number up front and it doesn't move unless you change what you're asking for. No hourly billing, no invoice at the end that's bigger than you expected.

04 — Questions

The things people ask me first.

Can I change things on the site later?

Yes. Send me what you want changed — new photos, a new video, different text — and I'll do it. Small changes for past clients I don't charge for. If it's a whole new section or page, I'll quote it first so you're never surprised.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You do, both. The domain gets bought in your name and the finished site is transferred into your own hosting account. I don't keep control of anything as leverage — if you want to stop working with me, you can, and your site keeps running.

How long does it take?

A landing page is about a week. A full site is one to two weeks. The thing that slows projects down is almost always waiting on photos and text, so having those ready makes the biggest difference.

What do you need from me?

Photos or video of the actual business, a rough idea of what you want to say, and your logo if you have one. If writing isn't your thing I'll draft it and you correct me.

Can you build it in another language?

Yes, and it's often worth it. I'll need a native speaker to check the translation before launch though — the site is always better for it.

Will it show up on Google?

Eventually — not on day one. A brand-new site takes time to get indexed no matter who builds it. I set up the titles, descriptions, structured data and sitemap that Google needs, and I'll show you how to submit it in Search Console. Being linked from your Instagram or TikTok speeds it up a lot.

You're not in my country. Does that matter?

No. I work from Phnom Penh, over WhatsApp, Telegram and email, and I'll shift my hours to catch yours for calls. I've worked with clients five hours behind and we ran the whole project over Telegram.

05 — Contact

Tell me about the business.

A couple of sentences is enough to start — what you do, and what the website needs to get done. I'll reply within a day, and if I'm not the right person for it I'll tell you that instead of taking the job.
